Read it all...now I just feel sick about what I've been doing! I understand, just feel a little disappointed. So, do I start over? Am I going to gain weight? I've lost 6 pounds and started on Jan 1st. :sad:

This time around I am trying something different, I found that changing my carb goals and my sugar goals helps tremendously! It's alot of work but I watch my calories, my carbs and my sugar. I started on January 7th and so far I've lost an inch and a half from my waist and 1 inch from my thighs!!
