Your supposed to eat the1830 plus your exercise calories. Some people eat less but that is the way MFP is designed.

If you are using a Fitbit (guessing since you mentioned steps), from what I understand it doesn't matter what activity level you choose your Fitbit will adjust your calories up or down accordingly.

I actually lost weight, gained weight, got pregnant and then started this journey between these pics. I was around 225 in the first pic (the most I've weighed not pregnant) and around 175 now in the 2nd pic.

I think you would need to just change your first entry to your starting weight.

I deleted all of my old entries, it only took a few minutes. It seems like there'd be an easier way though.

I weigh daily (when I wake up after using using the restroom). I only log my weight on Monday mornings though. I think weighing daily helps me from binging.
