I know exactly what you mean!! Finishing up 2nd JM Revolution and this is very dancy!!! However, I am going to do it the best that I can and continue to do JM as I need to burn those calories and I can "Push" myself more knowing what I am doing, while learning the moves with TurboFire.

Just finishing up JM Revolution and incorporating Turbofire. Like to join group as already getting discouraged as the two programs so different and my cordination isn't there, but can get there. Can't find the group though.

I am in. Just ending the circuit , however I've added to it and attempting Turbofire except so not cordinated, may stick to JM - luv her routines.

my motivation has left me!!!! Been 3 days and nothing. I had started 30DS Level 2 and did 3 days, so know don't know if I should go back to level 1 or just start at day 1 Level 2..... My motivation will come back once, I start doing it, the challenge is to start doing it and I am going to do it, I am going to do Level 2 DS…

I took a rest yesterday whih was my day 7.........no I am not starting back at day 1, I may increse the days to 31 day shred... ;))

HI everyone. I'm Kathy and I have been doing the 30 day shred for 3 days - yes in row........I will need encouragement not to miss a day or two as I can always justify it.....anyways just for today i did it!!! How do get the calories burned?
