You can begin with “You satisfy me more than the richest of foods.” (Ps 63:5) Many Psalm messages are a cry out to God in our moments of pain or searching just as the authors but they eventually revel in God. This will be a tough journey for you as it has been for many others. Consider this as a beginning.

I ran my first 5k in 35-minutes last weekend. I walked nearly 90 miles to-and-from work throughout all of the July heat for preparation and walked over 50 miles with some running mixed in during the month of August. Having goals laid out is an awesome thing and it will inspire you to sign up for another one and try to beat…

Huuge Propel fan. Sold dry at Cosco or Sam's. Save on the plastic waste and use one bottle.

The military way to do things, is to do them without any use of equipment or external means. What I mean by that, is you can start with push-ups. Even if they are on your knees. Do 100 a day or as many as you can until your arms are rubber. Yes, you will hurt for a week or two after you start but you're moving your own…

Grand and merry congrats on the outstanding success!

My continued weight loss. Before joining here, I was down about 26 pounds since February. I am transitioning into running and will do my first 5k in less than two weeks. I want to get in shape again. I have a body image problem. Running will help get me in shape so long as I keep it up.

Could not agree more. Overly sensitive, not sensitive at all. My experience with partners rarely changes when they gain/lose weight. I would be happier with a fit person who is trying to make positive change.

There is a website for this already. Just sayin'. Mutual sharing. Not just one-sided.

Plenty of other "adult" sites out there if you want to get into nitty gritty on stuff, that includes swearing. Way too much flirty nonsense with threads like "Is The Person Above You Cute". They should lock it down more imho.

No need for nose-to-the-grindstone, my brother. Adjust a little bit at a time to bring yourself back. Losing over 100 pounds is a huge accomplishment and you're aware of your path. You just need to bring yourself closer and you won't return to where you were but ease off to the middle ground and then begin to lose again.…

Sent FR. Groups do make things a lot easier. :-) Peace.

Not entirely obsessed. Small ones can be just as responsive and sensual. Big does not always equate to "better".

Give me an early morning with the retired crowd and other people that want to beat the rat race. Still living up to doing more than anyone before 9am. Give me unvarnished faces with no blush or caked on mascara.

I have 60+ still to lose in order to get myself into the US Navy. Lost about 40 already since the end on January. I walked about 86 miles last month and walking 2-4mi a day just isn't cutting it any more. I'm starting at a 10min/mile pace today and trying to go a mile without slowing down. Friend me up here and I am also…

@Tina0807 Definitely yes.

I ended up doing something to my rotator cuff when I was in Basic Training for the Army in 1994. It still feels a little funky when I do push-ups or bench presses. Now that I'm a bit older, not as built, I feel a little more uncomfortable in that spot. I'm building muscle around it again as I'm getting ready to get back…

Hi There! It creeped up on me for a pound and a half this week and I'm reviewing my stuff too. I counted what cals you listed so unless it's a big breakfast bar, you're probably not taking in enough. My water intake is about 3L a day with more than 4 cups of green veggies. You do have to eat a bit more if your body is…
