This is not only my opinion but its fact. YOPLAIT is commercial garbage that is a sugar bomb! STAY AWAY lol! opt for getting a large container of plain yogurt or plain greek yogurt and adding your own fruit. Loads of sugar are no bueno!

I recommend altering your fitness regimen. I have tons of clients who eat super clean but cant drop anymore then they've lost. What types of workouts do you do?
