  • I am not sure how you have been making your veggies but I like hummus and light veggie dip sometimes. I also love mashed steamed cauliflower with fat free cream or milk and some seasonings. Also zucchini is good with a lil evoo and some seasonings and I sprinkle a lil parmesan cheese. Hope this helps.
