I eat about 2,500 calories per day. I work out every day and burn about 500 calories per workout. I lost 20 pounds eating 1,800 - 2,000 calories per day but now am maintaining my weight at 2,500. I am 5'3", 117 lbs.

Haha, this is me. It baffles me as to why people come up to me at the gym and tell me to smile, because (1) I don't tell you what expression to have on your face, and (2) I'm there to work out - last time I checked, smiling wasn't necessary for a squat, press, or deadlift.

Forget about her. Character is far more important than her cute looks or even some positive personality traits you may have experienced during your pre-meeting chats. Spending excessive time with other guys at a function you invited her to does not reflect well on her character/integrity. You will always be fighting for…

A cup of steamed broccoli has about 30 calories, which is 6 carbs. To me personally, a cup or two of broccoli is pretty filling. I am 5'3", and last year, I wore a couple of juniors' jeans in size 9, though juniors sizes vary greatly, and I wore a woman's size 4 or 6. I weighed 130-135 at the time.

I have been vegetarian for 10+ years, and vegan on and off for about half that time, and I train with heavy weights, so protein is important to me. It has taken a lot of trial and error to find a diet that is right for me (healthy, plenty of protein, low sugar, etc.). It is difficult to get a lot of protein without…

I would recommend changing your ratios to 40/40/20 if possible (protein/carb/fat). You are consuming almost all your food as carbs, which will hinder your weight loss. Personally, I do a lot of weight training and eat 50/30/20 (p/c/f) and have gotten excellent results, but you don't need to have that ratio unless you do a…
