I started running in January, had a couple of weeks off due to injury and back to it in February. I started at 3 miles 3 times a week, increased half a mile a week. I am now running 5 miles 3 times a week and will increase up to 6 miles (10k). I haven't changed my eating habits, it's not terrible. I have lost 8lbs so far…

Normally run in the evening, but got up early this morning and did a 5 mile run, was great in the daylight, sun was even out and I felt great afterwards......am I converting to join you crazy early morning people...will wait and see until the next time my alarm clock goes off!
