  • I get up really early for work and don't have time to have breakfast before I leave, so I eat as soon as I get there (about an hour after getting out of bed). When I originally started working these hours, I couldn't face food in the morning - but would be starving before I could take a break to eat later on, so started…
  • I honestly think on it depends on the person. I grew up in a vegetarian househould, relatively low in fat but also probably fairly low in protein. Plenty of carbs in the form of rice, pasta, bread etc. I was always skinny as a rake. Even now, when I go home and eat like that for a few weeks (I live overseas at the moment)…
  • I workout 6 - 7 days a week. Mixing up the 30 day shred (20 minutes) and cardio (jogging and walking for 30 - 45 mins). Some days I do both, some days one or the other depending on how I feel and how much time I have. I'm working on increasing the cardio, as I get fitter I jog longer and longer each week.
  • I'm from Melbourne, but living in Amsterdam at the moment :)

I think its going to be a matter of trying a few different things and seeing what works....and lots and lots of will power! Its really just a habit that needs to be broken. I almost made it yesterday, then my damn husband came out and offered…

  • I did my first day today too. I really enjoyed it. I only just made it through the last bit of cardio but it felt good. I did it without weights though as we dont have any small enough, will get some soon but dont think it will hurt to do it for a few days without them, it was hard enough lol. Good luck :)
  • I started today! Its my first time and I loved it! Great to have something structured, I give up on myself too easily when left to my own devices :P I did it without weights though, going to have to go out and get some ASAP. Smallest ones we have at home are my husbands 11lb dumbells, little bit heavy for me I think lol.
  • I enjoy exercising in the morning, even just to make sure I get it done and don't run out of time (or find excuses) later on. However I find it absolutely impossible to do any exercise in the morning without eating something first - I just feel weak and faint and run out of batteries in about 5 minutes. Which usually makes…
