Hey am Kim and from North of Blighty in Scotland. Still have a stone and half to lose. Have discovered after doing a 10km from being a novice I hate running outside, esp in dreigh weather up here so am back to spin and body pump. Feel free to add.

Hi. I am Kim and still have 25 poundsish to lose. Have my first 10km on Saturday after taking up running a few months back, am not the best at it. On plus side running has given me a bigger erse!

I live in scotland but sure you will have similar type of running store as run4it here. They had me run on a treadmill barefoot and recorded it to do a gait analysis. My ankles turned inwards so much was actually quite shocked. The best for me was brooks ravena.

I am hoping its muscle building as I cannot have put that on as fat! My legs do feel more toned and my friend said yesterday my arms have changed shape and are more defined.
