I've researched Splenda, and I ran across some disturbing information...so I switched to Stevia in the Raw...it took me a minute to get used to the flavor, but now it's great. :) I didn't have any problems with weight loss when I was using Splenda though...unless I used too much of it...U have to count every tsp or packet…

Tried counting carbs instead of calories? It's the only thing that's worked for me. I eat an Atkins lifestyle, and I'm very happy with it...maybe you should read Dr. Atkins book and see if it's for you? Sorry you're struggling. Hope things get figured out soon.

every two weeks. Weighing every day is an emotional rollercoaster that I REFUSE to ride...every two weeks gives me more accurate answers as to my progress. :) Also, the scale isn't as important as my measurements! Kick that scale under the bed and forget about it! Measure, measure measure!

Thank you! This was put much better than how I put it! :) As for my carb fix, I crave veggies and berries (blueberries, strawberries or blackberries and heavy whipped cream! yum!) So many people are eating low :( It makes me sad...they are just setting themselves up for starvation mode... :( EAT MAN! EAT! :)
