I tried the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo and it was DELISH! I agree that it's a bit skimpy though...adding veggies is a great idea! Of course, it is a great alternative if you have to just have a quick bite for lunch or something at work. :) LOVED IT!

Check out Erin Huggins Beginner Pilates on YouTube.com (other Pilates workouts will come up too-check them out too!) It doesn't feel like a workout while you are doing it, but you WILL feel it the next day! Pilates is awesome for ab work. :)
