overall i don't eat 1200 cal but my net cals are usually under 1200 and ive lost 2lbs every week :)

i use to weigh myself everyday aswell just force yourself to not weigh everyday believe me i know its hard but once you do it for one week everytime after that is so much easier leaving it for a full week has more advantages too cos you see a bigger number at the end and you get the anticipation of did i lose anything?!…

im the exact same! EVERY SINGLE DAY and theres nothing i can do to stop it its so hard i try my hardest im considering throwing my scale away aswell but then i wouldnt be able to track my weightloss.. i was thinking of giving my scale aswell cause it always upsets me when i step on it n ive gained weight or i get excited…

I do know that most birth control does have the side effect to make you gain weight which is awful for us women who arent ready to have kids yet!

i need to lose 116lbs.. well its 89lbs now cause i've lost some weight already but still my overall loss was originally 100+ aha

unfortunately i dont have the money to join a gym or anything like that all i have is walking my dog/walking places & i have an elliptical at home which i use everyday aswell maybe when im closer to my gw ill look into some strength training but for now ill just have to stick to cardio & cutting calories

yeah i know :( but it would just be nice to see something or a weight range for what im aiming for is all cause ive never been slim so i really dont know what my weight range should be from what ive seen the weight im aiming for is quite low for the goal size i want though and thats giving me hope aha :) and also i do work…

im nearly 20.. and i still dont care about brands aha more about the style of things etc than what the label is i hate buying things that plaster a brand on them i avoid buying those things cause i feel theyre too flashy i like things simple! flashier things are more i feel like its trying to compensate for something..

this is my fear aswell.. in the process of losing weight theres not been a significant change just yet but i still have a very long way to go and i fear being smaller when i come to the end... because im very aware that my boyfriend likes big boobs :( but i dont really wanna remain fat and being thin matters more to me…

id buy what fits you now because then if you lose weight when you try on the dress a few weeks before your wedding you will not only see the loss you have (so that will make you very happy) but also its easier to alter a dress smaller to fit you than it is to make it bigger!
