5'8 I weigh 217lbs currently im generally a UK size 16

my main problem is when i walk my dog. i get ALOT of kids going out of their way to try wind up my dog/screaming at my dog etc. now that mixed with me being very protective of my dog since kids round my area have purposely tried hurting him in the past (i live in a pretty bad area) and me just generally not liking kids too…

you either just deal with your calorie amount or exercise to bring your calories up

im 5'8 started 242 current 214 GW 126-140 (whichever puts me in a uk size 10) :)

aw thats awful i know how that feels and im sure we have ALL been there but atleast your taking the move to decide to try sort it out now! im sure you will do brilliantly dont be too hard on yourself! things like this happen you will be fine:) good luck with your journey!

ive read before that you can log breast feeding in the food section? ive not had kids so i dont know what it does but you should log breastfeeding maybe n see what changes?

Exactly the same as you laine I just (tmi warning maybe) went for a wee and sitting down burnt my legs aha:'( my ribs are killing too I've been told loads that the pain goes away soon so I can't wait for that cos Oooh god this is horrible:( can't wait for day 30 to come:D so worth the pain

id just carry on from day 15 :) i think level 1 is just to build up your fitness surely your fitness hasnt completely gone away for abit of a break

yeah my age is 20 :) but yeah ive changed my goal from 126 to 130 now! and if i get to my goal before then happy days:P

Ive changed my goal weight to 130 now just a generalisation from whats been said and the sorta lowest most people would aim for obviously if i get to my desired size before 130 then im going to stop! but still thank you for all your help everyone :flowerforyou:

i totally hear you! and you make a really good point i dont know im just looking for a general answer i guess which is what i seem to of got unfortunately i cant go for a gym membership :( but ill look into online calculators:D

ive checked and 126lbs is still in the healthy BMI rage for a woman of 5'8 i would definitely not even have that as an option if it was underweight dont worry!

my huge amount of problems with my fitbit has got to the point of where im just sending it back because ive just genuinely had enough!
