i dont eat 2 meals a day i eat 3 but ive read many times recently about how breakfast doesnt matter people like "drmerc" for example who say infact it doesnt matter i just want some answers really but yeah..

i have a fitbit zip chilling in a drawer... i never liked it because it doesnt tell you the calories your burning throughout the day.. like it said i burned 1520 or something when all id been doing all day was my usual stuff which definitely doesnt burn such a large amount! im not too keen on my fitbit.. maybe im using it…

yes! i want it for all through the day... i do work out but im quite an active person so id like an accurate calorie count for everything ideally

its effort but why dont you boil it n then let it cool n then drink it... "hard water" - water that hasnt been filtered too well.. tastes not too good so that might help? or buy a brita filter jug

if you lose weight rapidly then yes you probably will get loose skin from what ive read etc.

may have to give that a try because a gym/personal trainer is definitely not within my price range all i can do is maybe buy a few weights and do what i can at home unfortunately :(
