Ditto!! Some MFP firends I had are not interested in any of this sound advice. After trying to support them for a while, I have eventually unfriended these folk.

I have the FT4 and I had the same problem. I even had my HRM tested at an approved dealer which was faultless. The problem was that my chest strap was too loose. You should only be able to fit 2 fingers between your chest and the strap which is quite uncomfortable. SInce I have done this, my reading are better and aligned…

I love my shakes! One every morning with banana or almond butter, cinnamon and omega 3 seeds. One straight after my workout. I use Biogen ultra lean pro vanilla. You can get so creative......even use in a recipe for muffins/flapjacks. Yummy

I am also a sushi addict although my favourite is sashimi, no soy which is really healthy. The best advice I have had is stick to the low sodium soy. Normal soy has sodium that will blow your socks off....check the data base. Drink lots of water on a sushi binge. You will probably see a gain for a day or so but this is…

Preparation H. Without a doubt, the best and cheapest option available. I am 51 and even though I carry excess weight, I only have 2 frown lines that are hardly noticeable. People I meet never believe my age.

I have just had a lot of input from my MFP friend Sara who has given my great advice along these lines. Today I upped my calories to 1400. I am a little nervous and I am sure to put on a couple of pounds but I know I will be better off in the long run. Slow and steady!!!!
-
For what it's worth, I track my sodium very carefully. I find the more sodium I consume, the more I retain water. MFP sets Sodium at 2500. I have reduced mine to 1500 as I am over 50 which is a general recommendation. I avoid processed foods as best I can. Good luck, it must be so difficult on campus!!
