Screwed!!! Damaged my LCL and MCL in my right knee. This happened about 5 weeks ago and I have been trying to push through it. Rest and Anti-inflammatory this week. Friday, x-rays and sonar....... This is a real bother as I have already had 8 arthroscopy ops previously.

Thanks for this - It really is a little difficult at 234lbs. I Have sero-negative arthritis and have recently gone drug free. My Rheumatologist has in fact banned me from anything other than swimming and Yoga. So I am really trying to do the best I can, I just will not get the same results as quickly.

I have done 3 days and I have 2 challenges:- I have to do girlie push ups as my wrists/arms cannot support my body weight which is a LOT! My right knee has been giving me trouble for about 4 weeks but I am pushing through it. This then makes the squats, lunges and step ups more difficult. Aiming to do 24 workouts instead…

Hi, I am 52 and have almost 100lbs to lose. I have been doing weight work for about 2 weeks only. I tried Workout A on Friday but I intend "official" start today (Monday). My knee gives me a problem but I want to try work through it. My biggest concern was bursting the Swiss ball.

A kg of Strawberries in South Africa would cost between £8 to £10. As would gooseberries, blackberries and raspberries. The nearest picking farm is about 60km away and our fuel currently costs about £1 per litre.

As much as you give thanks to Sidesteel and others, I have to give thanks to you. You have given me so much great advice and helped me along the way. I am so glad you found at least one before pic. Although I can say that I have seen the incredible progress since August when i joined. Congrats on an incredible achievement!
