After waiting for the whole week ( I hate to say that maybe I am the last one reading this post) but FINALLY I found the time to sit down in peace and read it (TWICE ;-) ).
I LOVE IT. Well done Sara, for all your commitment, your up and downs and your sharing of tips and knowledge with all the newbies (like me ) that follow you. I am still envying you for all that ice cream that you manage to have EVERY SINGLE night (God! that sucks!) But I will manage to get to that point as well, hehehe.
Thank you for being there.0 -
As much as you give thanks to Sidesteel and others, I have to give thanks to you.
You have given me so much great advice and helped me along the way.
I am so glad you found at least one before pic. Although I can say that I have seen the incredible progress since August when i joined.
Congrats on an incredible achievement!0 -

That's really weird. I was talking to a bodybuilder friend just a couple of days ago about ice cream. Dude loves ice cream. Eats a pint a day. I asked him what his favorite was, and he said Talenti Sea Salt Caramel. I had never heard of it, so I made a note to buy some next time I saw some.
Now I really have to.0 -

Toasted...which makes the poptarts crumbly so you need to eat it with a spoon. So far Brown Sugar Cinnamon with a more neutral base ice cream like creme brulee works best imo.0 -
Congrats!! :flowerforyou:0

Bump because it's way to far down in the forum. Everyone should read your story.0

Pro tip: figure out who knows what they are talking about and listen to them, but some of the folks that show time and time again that they know what they are talking about, and can back up what they say, are SideSteel, Acg and Tigersword....
And now... you!
Great job, you look AMAZING!0 -

You look absolutely amazing, great job!
I'm an English girl and I'm toying with the idea of moving to the states sometime soon. Last time I was there I put on about 30lbs in 7 weeks, so I know how quickly it can creep up on one there.
You're a super inspiration, thank you for posting x0 -
Damn, you have made terrific progress. Awesomeness!0
