I usually do a handful of tortilla chips, a couple of spoonfuls of low cal salsa and top with some half fat mozzarella xxx

Last year I raised about £3,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support after losing my hubby to cancer in Feb 2011 - this included organising a charity punk gig and climbing Ben Nevis (I got to the very top) - it's the highest mountain in Great Britain xxx

lol no - ive got some salad left and some pasta but i'm trying to limit my carbs so pasta scares me

I don't normally pick between meals however if I do I will have one of those Ainsley Harriet cup of Soups - they are really tasty and less than 100 cals
