I am 5'3". My highest weight was 245, and I was that weight for at least 12 years!!! Then I decided to change my life. I am now 160. I second this! I started at 243, and it wasnt until I was about 205 is when people started to notice, including my husband! I also only weigh myself once a week. It took me a while too...I have been keeping track of my weight for 74 weeks and have lost 72 pounds (82 altogether)...so its an average of about a pound a week.…

Yes, logging has really helped me...I didnt log for a long time and I wasnt loosing any weight. I just started back up logging again, and it helped me to see where I was going wrong. Also measuring things helps until you get the hang of it

I'm from Rhode Island too and have a pretty thick accent that I never noticed till I moved out of state, lol...Only we can tell the difference between RI, boston and NYC accents... I still say "bubbla" hahaa

This is what we do, and so far its been very effective...But you really have to know your body and have regular cycles. I always get mild cramping when I ovulate, so its easy for me. :smile:

yep, I went from a 42DDD to a 36D, after loosing 57 lbs...I am thrilled though, I never liked having big boobs...too many back aches!!!
