I crave fast food like crazy during that time. So I have to make sure that I have snacks with me and that I'm full-ish before I go anywhere.

Um, yes, I'm starving and I feel like I'm 80 even though I'm 28! But I know that losing weight will make me feel better... And that's my motivation! :)

I live in Florida so it's not cold at all (unfortunately) but I have friends up north that work out in the morning and go to bed in their gym clothes because they dont want to change in the morning when it's cold. Just a thought!

I constantly have co-workers bringing cookies/cakes/doughnuts to work while I am trying to eat healty. The things I have done to control myself is 1) drink lots of water and 2) bring healthy snacks to work as subsititutes. Technically, any activity where you are moving burns calories. But some of them are so minimal that it doesn't really matter. The only things that I count in my "exercise" aside from things I do at the gym are showering and when I go for walks at work. But for me, I try to stay under my calorie count without the exercise…

Do you have any suggestions for people (me) that are trying to learn how to run? I signed up for a 5k in November, and would like to start training now. Any advice would be appreciated!! :)
