We're 6 pages in, so you probably won't read this, but next time when you meet someone like that, just introduce yourself and say, "wow, you're so pretty". Then move on and don't talk about your weight loss, how much you're eating, etc. Just acknowledge her beauty and move on. It shows that it's not that important to you.…

I base me calories on the week, not the day, so it'll all even out. 14,000 per week has me losing 1.5 pounds. I'll probably eat 5000 calories that day between 2 family get-togethers, so I'll cut it down to 1800 or so calories starting sunday and I should still lose a pound for the week instead of 1.5.

Ask her to come up with a list of some things she's interested in and then pick. If you see a lot of high tech stuff on there, then you'll know what she wants.

Agree with the above poster. Do what you can to lose weight and be healthy and drink a lot of fluids. ABOVE ALL ELSE, test yourself before you apply to make sure you're clear.

EXACTLY. It's like Allysonburke2 on the previous page in this thread. If you're a coach, say so.

You know how you find out really quickly if a Beach Body coach is out for themselves or actually wanting to help people? Ask them a question about shakeology. If they're all about it, they're out for themselves. If they tell you the truth (that it's overpriced junk with a high profit margin) and are willing to motivate…

Why would you have to buy something from another coach since you yourself are a beachbody coach?
-
This is how you'll never have to guess again: when you get a response or statement like this, ask for clarification. "Do you mean this coming up weekend, or the one after that?", etc.

If you can run 2 miles in 30 minutes, you can run a 5k. Personally, I would work on increasing distance during that 30 minutes. If you can eek out an extra 50 yards or so in that 30 minutes each time you run, before you know it, you'll be doing a 5k in 30 minutes.

Every 500 miles. Based on the typical week you describe, that's every 10 months if you only use your shoes for running.
-
And sometimes it's just the salty meal you had the day before causing you to retain a little bit of extra water.
-
First of all, it sounds like he's comfortable and that's it. Second, you're on your 4th page of responses and there's not one person that said they would stay with him. I guess you have the answer as to what others think. What do your family and friends think?
-
"Carves lean muscle". You sound like an infomercial, so I looked. Surprised to find you're a beachbody coach that loves shakeology and everything beachbody! Not that there is anything wrong with that.

I second the person that mentioned posture. It could also just be genetics.
-
Ummm....is that not what the article says?

I agree. Sometimes, it's about counting properly, but the source of information is faulty. There was a study that said that typically chain restaurants that post nutritional data are off an average of 30% from the actual calories. You also see a lot of labeling that says "about 2 servings" when it's actually 2.3 servings.

Unsweet Iced Tea??!!?!?!?! Oh the horror.

Easy and simple aren't the same thing. (i.e., if I give you a dollar for every person you talk to today, but you have to talk to at least 1000 people, that's a very simple task, but not a very easy one) And now that you mention it, I do have hormonal imbalances, so thanks for the assumption. Losing weight IS simple. Eat…

Some people just have to have an excuse as to why it's not their fault. Losing weight is simple. It's not easy, but it's simple.

I didn't realize this had blown up by the time I responded, but are you disagreeing with what I said? Her goal might not be to be skinny, but to say, "I don't have the body to be skinny" (her exact words) is just plain stupid. She might take her body in a different direction for any number of reasons that are her own…

That's my vote! It's funny how many people started out like the OP, and based on their starting pictures, I would have agreed with what was said. I have been proven wrong. Search the forum and you'll see for yourself.

The ones I get that are individually packaged are never refrigerated on the shelf, so I'm assuming in that case, it would be safe.

I like avril lavign and dance moms........there, I said it.

I don't think it's that as much as we tend to seek out people like us. When we find someone, we try to make connections and find similarities. With most parents, a large part of their lives revolve around kids. That being the case, it's sometimes hard to see the similarities when something that important in your life isn't…
-
It's been proven....if you have kids when you don't want to, you will live a life of 'what-ifs' and if he wants kids and doesn't have them he will live a life of regret. Just make sure you aren't sacrificing too much for your career. There are many families that have done that and regret it later. BUT, if you're not on the…

If you can't break down and digest food very well, does that mean it's hard for you to gain weight?

Her arms are pretty manly looking. It's just a preference.

He's feeling you out to see if it's worth breaking up with what he has. He doesn't want to lose both, so he's playing it safe. Keyword....PLAYING.

"This is the first time that the “wristband policy” has ever been enforced " Like others have said....you clearly knew you weren't supposed to be in there. Be glad you go away with it the other times. I bet as soon as you guys were out, the "rule followers" were saying how glad they were that it was finally being enforced.…
