I had a much better week! I was under my calorie goal every day so far (and that is a miracle for me) and have exercised 4 times this week. I was actually wondering if I could use pump as cardio and not weight training. So if that is the case can I lift heavy 3 days and do pump workouts 3 days a week for cardio?

If your muscles are sore go ahead and do your aerobics the activity with actually help your muscles loosen up. If you are feeling "pain" and not just muscle soreness forego the workout for today.

I have done Turbo Jam and lost about 20 pounds with it a coupld of years ago and it is sooo much fun! It makes you look forward to working out. It depends on what your goals are. Chalean Extreme is more strength training and Turbo Fire focuses more on cardio. I have both programs and love them both for different reasons. So if you are looking to build muscle go with Chalean Extreme, if you are looking for a cardio based program then Turbo Fire is the way to go.…
