  • This workout should be fine for you. There is basically no impact on your knees at all. There are squats and they use the bar for some stretches and if you don't have any issues there you should be good to go!

  • Keep at it! This program is amazing! My first round I did a couple years ago I lost 24 lbs and 25 inches. Most of the results come in the last phase so don't feel discouraged with slow results as first. Tracy

  • Just finished Burn 1 and downed a protein shake. My legs feel like jello! I went heavy enough on all the exercises except maybe the posterior fly's. I lift metal tubing all day at work (nothing heavy but very repetitive) so that must have helped that area! How did you ladies do today? Tracy

  • My best guess would be that you are losing fat, but your muscles are retaining water from the exercise. Once you get used to the exercise the water weight will subside and you will start to see the scale go down. Hope that helps!
  • I have done TF and worn a HRM. I typically burn 10kcal/minute. They are so much fun and if you loved Turbo Jam you will love Turbo Fire for sure!
