It's a hot, garlicky chilli sauce with the consistency of tomato ketchup. I love hot sauce but have never found 'the one'. This one is it.

I was told by a colleague about 25-years ago that men had slimmer legs than women because they wore heavy overcoats. Daft diet-related advice - negative calories. Eat ALL the celery and other 'negative calorie' foods as they burn more calories to eat than they're worth.

I have a whole pack of unsweetened jelly (I'm in the UK, would be jello in the US?) at 36cals, around 65g of quark for 44cals and a Tesco meringue nest crumbled on top (52cals).
