Finished Week 5. Starting on Week Six day one column 3 today (45,55,35,30 max 55 plus).

Look at the option of using a bench (just make sure it is stable and will not move) or even something like a low bathroom counter top. This will put you at an angle and reduce the wait and pressure on your wrist. Just be careful to make sure your feet don't slip either.

I'm in. Initial test put me on week 3 level 3. Did first day on Wed. Will go for day 2 today. I am also going for the 100 sit-up as well. That one seem to take a little more time. Started on week 3 level 2.
