im on 1200 and i eat what i want. I just make sure its proportioned. lean meats and vege are good and also unprocessed carbs like rice and potato or pumpkin. as long as you dont eat too much of it you'll feel great :). however on days I work out i do eat more as a do alot of strength training and need the extra calories.…
