  • Just keep encouraging him... and stick to your goals! Change is difficult he may be feeling not so great about himself these days so ask him a few times a week and a little reward if he participates after doesn't hurt either! Just my thoughts it worked finally after a year and a half!:laugh:
  • Hello Well let me say I totally understand, but this is the best site ever it keeps you on track just be sure to log all of your food! and when you excercise make it count right now I excercise 5 days a week minimum 45 minutes of vigorus activity IT WORKS SLOW BUT IT WORKS! Don't stress about the numbers meaning the scale
  • I just started using this site it's been two weeks and I love it! It really help with perspective on food and excercise love it!
