Totally sucking it up here today. DH wanted to go out for lunch and that was that. Feeling down about my back still hurting and making it hard to be upbeat and positive. Calories are good today. Carbs okay. Protein could be higher. All in all, I'll take it. There is still room for improvement. Sore from chiropractic appt. Taking advil. Oh dear, DH brought me a Caribou Chai Tea knowing that I had left my coffee at home. There goes my low-carb day. All that sugar! He loves me - but he can be my worst enemy when it comes to diet. Good day, although I broke down and ate a serving of reduced fat Wheat Thins which pushed my carbs up higher than I would have liked, but they are still under 80g so it's okay. Monday night check in... Day 2 of no pop/soda and Day 2 of walking. I have walked 4.61 of 520 miles for 2017! The rest of the diet, not so good.
