  • Update - my parents decided to book a hotel room and get on the road when a voluntary evacuation was announced for their area. They were on the road about an hour when the evacuation was changed to mandatory!

He ordered blood work along with an ultrasound and an x-ray of that bad knee because whether or not I have a blood clot in that leg, I want to deal with this knee.   • I finally had a good WI on Friday and then backslid all weekend and through today. Restarting tomorrow. As of last Friday, I had 10 lbs to go. As of tonight, it's more like 15 to go.

  • Monday Sorry I didn't post over the weekend. Was so busy! And also dealing with some pain issues in my left leg, which left me tired and crabby. Not sure what I did!   • Sad to say when I took the noodles out of the fridge, they were just mush. Unusable. :( So, I had leftover homemade beef stew while the kids had spaghetti with regular noodles. Good 2 mile walk on the treadmill. Still indulged in treats today but good food otherwise.

  • Grrr for co-workers who bring treats to work. My willpower was not there...ate a chocolate chip cookie and slice of chocolate chip banana bread. Kept to an otherwise healthy plan.
