We are using the Atkins frozen dinners and I like that no matter what is going on with my day I KNOW there is a sensible meal in the freezer that we are doing ok with. NO cheating on the way home because I am not sure what is for dinner. But the Atkins shakes, bars and candies, are trigger foods. I will not eat just one so…

Same story here: SW 340 CW, after almost 11 weeks with MFP, 310. Most days I just follow the plan and the wt is coming off. But there are always some days where it is just hard work. I've been trying to focus on those hard days to understand better ways to just hang on and get to tomorrow. I don't want to stop this time…

High protein breakfast is working for us. We don't shy away from whole eggs...they are good food. But we also add lean beef and the Bird's Eye Steam Fresh Protein Blends vegetables from the freezer section at the grocers. Basically we have dinner for breakfast and eat lite in the evening.

Stress is a big influence on my daily diet. So maybe it is time to clean house and dust out as much stress as you can. Spend some me time this evening. Turn off whatever is streaming (unless it's music), see an encouraging friend for tea, and make plans for some favorite 'healthy life' meal plans and follow through with a…

Long term goal of losing155 pounds and started Nov 2015. I have an intermediate goal of losing 60 pounds by my 60th birthday in May: 60 by 60 is my mantra! Am well on the way with 32 pounds gone :-) and it seems to be going well so far!

Shakes do not work for me either. Leave me hungry. This time around my hubby and I decided what we eat must be sustainable - a life time change for us. So it is real food this time around and building better habits. This is not a diet but a life style choice.

I am so thankful for MFP. It keeps me aware that I must choose what I eat...and do it every day. 29 pounds are gone of a 155 wt loss goal and I am noticing the difference. I have broken the big 155 ito smaller goals and I think that helps. The first big one is to lose 60 pounds by my 60th birthday in May. Well on my way to…

About every other day. Mostly just to get into the habit of paying attention to those numbers I have spent too many years ignoring a scale. Creating new habits now!

How are you doing with the smoking? Thinking of you and other friends I've known who have battled that craving. Hope you are getting LOTS of support. If it gets to be too much of a desire ...find and use all the help you can. Talk with your care providers, friends, family. You can use it all! You, your home, and your…

5'10" Even years ago in college my goal was 170. And over the years when I am close to 170 I feel great and like my curvy look. Always thought I am big boned...but now hear that is a myth?? I still have a goal of 170.

How sad... My hubster and I agree that if we could do it differently we would have had MORE! Parenting do FUN and they are a delight to us now.

I do agree with your mom LA! You are very pretty!

Sounds like so much fun! Will check it out the next time I am at WalMart. Is there a CD or music to go with the hoop? Not sure I would go 45 minutes without some king of incentive.
