Same. I set my alarm and when it goes off I just think about how I need to sleep more.

In 5 weeks I have lost 9 lbs. My pants feel really baggy already. Small victory which is motivation to keep going!

@darlenenelson - I have plateaued as well. I think I need to begin exercising more and adding weight training. Have you tried that yet? It sure is frustrating to plateau but it's great that we're not gaining, right? :)

Your post inspired me to start the 30 day squat challenge. I hit the midway point yesterday and definitely see and feel a difference in my legs and booty. There is more of a roundness to by posterior which is great because I sit for most of the day at a desk. Thanks for the inspiration and here's to the next 15 days!
