Thanks guys that's what I was hoping for, some different responses to then hopefully find something that works for me.

I love to put hot sauce on it. Like Frank's Red Hot for example, wonderful. I love cottage cheese because you can add almost anything to it.

I am on the other side of things. I like to weigh myself every day to keep myself on target. If I see that I gained a few pounds, after, for example, a bad weekend or a night of drinks, it keeps me motivated to get back to work to get that back down.
