Biked 1 hour today and 1 hour and a half yesterday. Tired now, yoga tomorrow. A body in motion stays in motion, a body at rest stays at rest. I try to move everyday.

I'm 5'4, my start weight was 156 and I am aiming for 145. The BMI says I should be between 135-145, but my Dr said I could add 10 lbs to the equation after having 2 kids...
