  • You can take a vegetable try and backed chips, add a low fat dip to it and you then offer a healthy alternative for everyone. If you do take wings, bake them in the oven and uses a dry rub on them. This makes them a bit healthier than frying or smothered in sauce, and they are still good tasting.
  • Thanks for sharing...you look amazing! This is such a help to me, I am looking at losing over 100lbs, starting with a small chunk of 50 for my first goal. It is nice to see someone make it without gimmicks!
