  • You can usually find all the ingredients when you select add a food and search your ingredients. It won't take 1/2 , 1/3, etc. For half a cup I put 0.5 on the amount of whatever serving they give. Does this help? Once you enter it you can create a meal out of it and select it later if you make it the same way all the time.…
  • I think I read olive oil is bad only if you overheat it. Light olive oil is better for cooking.
  • Congratulations! You are an inspiration to the rest of us. I just started today and weigh more than I ever have in my life. 180 lbs. I'm 5'4". 174 for me is the start of obese. I'm a lot older than you and have dieted before with success, so I know I can do it again. Getting started again was the hard part. I'm on my way.
