  • Frozen fruit with yogurt- I buy a bag of frozen fruit (strawberry, sliced peaches, grapes, various melons) fill a bowl with it then put some activa strawberry or whatever yogurt on top. Let it sit out for 10-15 minutes so the fruit gets a bit unfrozen then enjoy! It is a decent calorie load (200ish) but filling and yummy.…
