For the challenge SW: 225.1 lb CW: 220.1 lb (02/18/2014) GW1: 195 lb

I started eating healthy and exercising on Thanksgiving weekend, I lost 25 lb and 2 dress sizes almost 3 down, I started at 245lb and now 220lb. Bra Cup size hasn't changed (Thank Goodness) but I went from 42DD to 40DD. Usually dropping a dress size is 20lb to me but with exercising i seem to lose more fat

well whenever I reach a 10lb mark I'm going to buy myself an item of clothing, I didn't do it for the 20lb mark I'm waiting to lose 30lb , so i can buy clothes from the regular size store not the plus size one

My biggest problem is getting bored doing cardio, you can make a post about different cardio exercise

I have a desk job too, I started my journey last December , I'm aiming for 50lb loss by June and a goal of 102lb in total.

I'm eating 1400 Cal, with lots of Veggies, Fruits and Protein & I go to the gym 3-4x a week, hopefully by the end of the month I'll increase it to 5x/week and reduce my carb intake

I always have a cheat meal ideally once every 2 weeks but sometimes it's every week. I don't go super crazy though
