I cook for 1 but instead of making my meals of 1 serving, i make them 2 then split them between lunch and dinner. sometimes when i'm too busy i cook 1 or 2 meals with enough servings for the whole week.

Endomorph here are well, with a considerable amount of weight to lose (100lb) and workout 4x/week HIIT and strength training. I set my macros to 5% carbs, 50% protein & 45% fat. I know alot of people don't consider it keto but my body is in ketosis. Increase your sodium and potassium intake to avoid cramps.

I started my Keto diet 8 days ago, and I'm down 8lbs already. I know that most of it is water weight now but i'm very optimistic.

I started Southbeach diet Phase 1 on Sunday 3/20. I tried it before and lost 11lb the first 2 weeks.

from my point of view, the amount of macro nutrients is as important as the calorie intake , for example if you go over your recommended sodium intake (which is very high in junk food) and stay at or below your calorie limit, most probably your body will retain water, you might even gain a couple of pounds of water weight.ā¦

I work 8 - 5, instead of heading home after work I go to the gym, another thing that helps is cooking 2 or 3 big meals on the weekends for weekday dinners & lunches. This should save you some time. if you ditch the nap after work you can sleep early which will give you more energy

At work we have a cake every other week, the kitchen is stacked with all sorts of junk from hard candy to chips & pork rinds , and the fridge is always full of soda. I bring my snacks to work with me and plenty of them although i only eat 2 snacks, and make sure I go to the kitchen area when I'm full. it helps but it'sā¦

last week didn't end as I'd like it to, I lost 7 lbs over the past 4 weeks I was hoping they'd be 10 lbs, my eating & exercising weren't the best, But Ill make for it this week :))

I'm an apple shape too and had absolutely no butt all my life, I started doing squats with weights on and I started seeing a butt growing. I've lost mostly from my legs and arms, but not as much as from my belly, I'm terrified of the way it will look when I reach my goal weight. but I'd take sagging skin over fat any day

All my close are at least 2 sizes bigger, and I'm finally out of the plus size stores and into the regular size stores.

I give a crap :)) , you are doing great raising money for your daughter's wheelchair and losing weight. Don't care about what other people think, you're doing this for you I hope you feel better soon
