Birthday photo weight loss so far

I have been attending a slimming group for 39 weeks now and in that time I have lost 9 stone 9lb. When I joined I was 23 stone 7lb, and very ill. Today 39 weeks later I feel great. I would still like to get to 11 stone which gives me a BMI of 25. Some may this is too small but I have a congenital heart condition, so I'm thinking the less stress I put on my heart the better. Also after being a large man for over 20 years, it would be great to get back to my teenage weight. The reason for this post is that it is my birthday today and I am starting to feel a little proud of my success so far and would like to share it with others..
