I did this as well , i'm on day 10 ... I have always done squats , i do the holding 10 secs at 10 reps these are just easier on my knees , I also do the 1 leg squats which have helped with my knee strength and balance , I have lost about 2 inches already. because I also do other exercises as well. not bad ,, I took a pic…
