I stopped tracking when I had surgery in mid-December. I'm back and can use more support too. Anyone, please feel free to add me. We can do this together!!!

^^This^^ This describes me too. My husband says he doesn't care how much weight I lose as long as I keep these curves. They will never go away and I am okay with it. So proud of you for embracing your body in such a positive way. You look absolutely fantastic.

Is this your M.D. or endocronologist? My M.D. kept saying that my numbers were fine. I went to see an endo...she said yes my numbers were not bad but what is normal for one person is not necessarily correct for everyone. Knowing my symptoms (freezing cold constantly and sleeping 12 hours a day & still tired) she prescribed…

Between 4 and 5. I call it arsenic hour. I choose that time to do any exercise possible to keep from eating everything in the kitchen.

Hi all. I am Bobbie (wife, mom, teacher) from Maryland. Age 44. Today's starting weight is 173. My short term goal is 165 by Thanksgiving. Ultimate goal is 145. I have a significant hip issue that may hinder my ability to do this workout everyday, but I'm going to try. Good luck to all of you.

^^ This^^ These are amazing bars and no sugar alcohols. I love them. You can buy them on Amazon too.

Sorry all, I have not been checking in here but have been placing my weight on the spreadsheet. Started at 175 and am currently 173. Actually looking forward to weigh in on Monday b/c I have worked very hard this week. Hoping to drop 2 pounds but will be happy with 1. Hope everyone else is enjoying success.

Hi all. I'm Bobbie. This is just the group I needed to get going on Jillian. I bought 30DS and RI30 with the intention of doing one, then the other. I have yet to use either. Now I have support to "just do it". I do go the gym and spin 5 days a week but I want a little more to whittle away my waist. I see so many posts…

Congratulations!!! You look absolutely amazing.

It is my opinion that you need some cardio for heart health.

I look at it this way - what would you be doing if you are not cleaning? Sitting on the couch watching football? What burns more calories, pushing the vacuum and scrubbing tubs or watching football? I say, count the cleaning. I have already been to the gym this morning and am getting ready to do my weekly all out, top to…

I love KIND protein bars (and all of their other bars). Not for your kids though - full of nuts. Beware - I just looked up the Quest Bars, didn't know about them. Many have sugar alcohols. If you are sensitive to them steer clear. I cannot touch anything with sugar alcohol. However, I notice there are some without sugar…

breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled with canadian bacon lunch - chicken breast, raw fresh veggies (lots), apple, and 14 almonds (yes, I count them). Boring, yes. But it works for me.

Check out the blog at www.gettingfit4life.com This guy is on MFP and is currently recovering from this surgery. Good luck.

Talk to him. You need his support and motivation for your own mental health. He needs to know that.

Ugh, the constant pain. There is nothing more defeating. However, I continue to think about how much better I will feel with 30 pounds less putting pressure on my joints. That's one thing that keeps me going. The other is the support from my hubby. He is amazing and reminds me daily the changes he sees in me so I continue…

OMG you look incredible. What a great success. Congrats.

I have a cheat day every week and I am proud of it. I am continuing to lose weight every week with my cheat day. I don't feel deprived and I continue to be motivated throughout the week knowing that my day is coming soon. Would I lose more weight if I didn't cheat - probably. That's ok though because I am happy.

Been doing spin off and on for years. I have recently stepped it up and am now taking a one hour class 4 times for week and I love it!!! There is no better burn. Welcome to the spin club.

I don't think so. I do it all the time to keep me honest and on track. Do what works for you.

Ugh, I know exactly how you feel. It annoys me that my body is defying me at the tender young age of 44. However, I continue to push on and this site is a great place to stay accountable and motivated. Good luck to you.

I'm on it!!! I joined another challenge group and I am ahead of my goal so now I have a new goal to shoot for. Thanks.
