I am looking into the same i have lost inches by exercising and watching my calories. Its true you can not spot reduce. I am reading more on carb/sugar look into to Jorge Cruise his older books are in public libraries. Good luck on your journey

as stated 10 days per level. I did 12 of level 1 before moving on. I am now mixing it up with LS walking. I did notice a difference in 30 days not just on the scale.

I am 5'7 and at 220 pounds i am fitting 14 pants and dresses and XL tops. I am amazed as i read how the sizes was all over the place. Well we are all different shapes. I just wonder what size my goal of 170 will be.

WELCOME and CONGRATS You are on a good start, remember that jungling a busy life (ie home,school,work) can make you think you do not have time. Dont get discourage remind yourself i always have time. Even if you have to get 15-30 in the morning and 15-30 at night of exercise. Remember everything you do counts. Walk up…

This is perfect timing, I get my best results while doing chellenges. It motivates and give guidance at the same time. I look forward to starting May 20 th. this will be right on time as i will be ending another challenge. I want to lose 54 more pounds however for my ideal weight i need to lose 70-85 pounds
