Just a different choice in lingerie from Victoria's Secret.

Reminds me of the 1040 Long form... Seriously, nice work. Thank you for sharing.

I don't know if my outlook on C25k is correct or not but I figured as long as I finished the last day of any week I was good to go on to the next one. Looking back at my own W4 D1 I didn't completely run the five minute runs but by W4 D3 I did finish each segment. As others have pointed out, don't worry about speed. Run…

I would suggest the C25k program although it sounds like you wouldn't be starting on week one.

Buy a few nice clothes for yourself, you've earned it. Just think how much money you are saving in future medical bills.

Stay away from the computer in the morning and head out the door. For me, one of the most appealing aspects of the program is that it only requires around 30 minutes three times a week. Sure you have to get dressed and stretch but that is still less than an hour of your day. I have never been a runner. Each time I go out…

Apparently we are all here trying to lose weight just to look good for the apocalypse.

Congratulations! It looks like you not only did it, you over-did it. Bring on W6!

Congratulations!

Just remember how you weren't really tired on the middle walk part and at the back of your mind you knew you could be running the entire time.

I would have to agree with Haikugurl. From what I've seen and from my own experience, the idea is to run/jog at a pace that you can finish. Once you complete the last week, then you work on increasing both speed and distance.

I use the RunKeeper app for the iPhone. The calories burned are close to the calories burned with my HRM.

I use some remixes from here http://soundcloud.com/to3y-hilden instead of worrying about playlist and such.

Very interesting thread.

First, this is good. You are averaging 10 pound a month. At that rate, that's a total of 40 pounds by Christmas, 60 by the end of February. On top of that, you are making the choices that will help you maintain the weight you want. Keep up the fantastic work and your dedication will pay off. Again, I'd say yes you have…

Congratulations on an reaching an important milestone. Your hard work and commitment are truly paying off. The difference is amazing as evidenced by your happy smile. Keep up the great work.

I use the Polar RS 100, it seems to work well though it has a chest strap.

The recipes look good. I've had "mashed" cauliflower at Ruby Tuesdays and it was delicious. I think I'll try the bread sticks first.

Fantastic results! Whatever you are doing is working for you so keep it up.

I'm closing in on that "elephant heart".

First, welcome and congratulations on your new son. I can’t answer you about “pregnancy weight” but I would suggest talking with your doctor and coming up with a plan together. As you know, this is a good site for counting your calories, setting goals, sharing your triumphs (and the occasional set back) and mutual support.…

Great Job! It's inspirational posts like these that push me closer and closer to C25K, thank you for sharing.
