  • I was wondering about that Golds Gym one that is great I love to do boxing. I use the Active 2 with the heart rate monitor. It really gives a good burn. Also the wii Fit Plus is one of my favs I like the customized workouts you can do that mix everything together.
  • I make these every time I have 3 bananas getting too ripe. I call them my Elvis cookies instead of raisins I add 60% cocoa chips chopped small and put a tsp of coconut on top. I cook them extra long too so they are more like a granola bar crunch. I also make bigger cookies so they are about 140 ish calories.

  • I use the 45 Calorie So Delightful 100% Whole wheat with honey. It is nice to get 2 slices for the same calories and carbs as a normal slice since I only eat one serving of carbs at lunch it was hard to eat a half a sandwich.

  • This is my fear to but I am giving my skin extra love lots of exfoliation and creams. I read too that it helps as you loose the weight to massage the places of extra skin.   • It can take days for food to completely move through your system. I can't eat red meat because it sits in my colon for a week at least my body just can't process it well. Plus you could be bloated for other reasons too but still see a weight loss.
