Food combos could make your blood sugar spike and drop causing the dizziness. Make sure you eat protein/carbs/healthy fat together never by themselves to keep sugar spikes from happening. I was tired all the time and my vitamin D was low and I had a very messed up adrenal system.

There is a BIG difference!!! Stay strong you are doing fantastic. Did you take your measurements. I track measurements ever 3 weeks it is a great thing because those times when the scale is not moving the inches will be it never fails and keeps you motivated. Congrats on your loss!

I did not exercise for a long time after my c-section but I am 3 yrs and 7 months since and I still have numb areas every where even on my leg but not on my scar its fine. Weird. I wouldn't push myself though. Definitely mention it to your Dr.'s nurse.
