Wow you gals at 120-135 I applaud!!! Maybe its a mental barrier but getting anywhere 140 and I don't look right. Face shows it... what tiny boobies I have dissapear... and my ribs hurt. How do you know your frame size? I have heard about fingers around wrist but is that accurate? What if I have long fingers?

I have the little lap counter you use on your finger. It is awesome. Amazon has them from Sport Count. There are many models. I have the most generic and another that does more than just count. Hahaha I ONLY use the basic one!!! I cant swim without it!!!!

5'7" 45 year old mom of three. You can see my pics in my profile. The last two are me at 145. Most people say I must have heavy bones when they hear I'm between 145-150! If I go below 140 I feel weak and look bad.... especially my face.

Two things I recommend for pool training. Poolside book: Swim Workouts in a Binder (Amazon) Lap counter: Sport Count (Amazon) The book will PUSH you more than you can imagine. The counter will free your mind to focus on stroke while you pound out those laps!!!
