Two to three. I fit in Spin and Step classes also. Plus running 2 times a week. Swimming keeps my joints and body loose and flex!

I was a high school swimmer and felt very unstructured without a coach. I bought Swimmers Workout in a Binder from Amazon. What a difference! Workouts go between Long Distance, Middle Distance, IM, Sprint Torvalds diverse long term plan!

You have lost 77lbs and run 22 miles a week!!!! That IS success in my book.... you sound fit! The only thing I suggest is to take that rest day once a week. Or if you must workout, swim... and give your joints a needed break. Hit hot tub as a treat after!

It is awesome! May I suggest you also get a lap counter (sportcount is the best) to keep track of your laps? Helps take your mind off counting and on your stroke!

Yes... I do a low carbon diet and am very physically active. Before a Swim or run or bike I find that I MUST fuel before hand with a whole grain carb. If I don't I will have a low blood sugar attack and get ill. Or not work out strong and efficient which really gets me upset. Right now I am into a Sprouted Whole Grain…

There are many out there, but I picked up Workouts in a Binder for Swimmers, Triathletes and Coaches on Amazon. Used it this morning for an IM workout. Also, they have an A and B option for days you don't have time to log in tons of yards. Hope you like it if you get it. JUDY
