^ Same for me! Maybe the instructor said 175 and not 75? :smile: In order for my HR to be 75, I'd have to be in bed or sitting around doing nothing. I did a spin class yesterday and mine didn't even go down to 130 until I was off the bike after the class stretching.

Shoot! I just looked online and found out that the spin class isn't happening tomorrow. The gym is close to the university football stadium and there's a game tomorrow, so no classes at the gym. Boo! I guess spinning will have to wait until next week.
