Moving your arms will probably help, because the blood was probably all being diverted to your legs. Also, I agree that you should try to up your water intake and decrease sodium in the hours before you work out.

Do you like dark chocolate? It's typically lower in calories and fat than milk chocolate, plus it has lots of antioxidants. Also, you could try swiss miss diet hot chocolate. If you add a little milk, but made mostly with water, it's delicious!
